ARC LOOP II

Application

The ARC-LOOP system is used to detect air ejected parts, slug ejection, and blanked through parts. The loop will detect ferrous as well as non-ferrous materials. The size and weight as well as the material of the part will determine the proper size loop for the application. For steel parts, the surface area of the part must be approximately 20% of the cross sectional area of the loop. Parts made from other metals should have a surface area that is approximately 40% of the cross sectional area of the loop.
